A Global Cloud-Based Platform to Connect Professional Women With Flexible Remote Job Opportunities is Unveiled at the UN HQ

The platform combines machine learning, data science and cloud technology to disrupt gender unemployment and retain women into the workforce.

(New York, NY, March 14, 2017) Today, at the Global Women Principles’ Summit at the United Nations Headquarters, a renowned Internet entrepreneur Silvina Moschini unveiled SheWorks! – the first and the only online platform that leverages TransparentBusiness Cloud technology, matching algorithms and remote workforce management tools to connect professional women with flexible remote job opportunities.

Due to inflexible work models, 43% of American women leave their jobs after childbirth. SheWorks! is created to help them find a flexible remote work opportunities. It enables companies to easily hire vetted professional women from anywhere in the globe and reduces gender inequality in earning power. SheWorks! will reduce unemployment and empower women to grow professionally.

“Today $17 Trillion dollars worldwide is lost as a result of women leaving their jobs for lack of flexible, transparent and viable options. The market needs innovative solutions to transform the world of work – that’s what we’ve created with SheWorks!” said Silvina Moschini, the founder and CEO of She Works.  “SheWorks! connects talented professional women with flexible jobs that fit their lives while helping companies expand their diversity pipeline and manage remote teams efficiently”.

“By 2020, 50% of the workforce will be contingent. By bringing women into the workforce, SheWorks! not only help to solve a business challenge but a socio-economic issue as well. There is an undeniable butterfly effect that is born when women work: children and families are directly benefited, economies grow faster and countries prosper”.

The objective of SheWorks! are fully aligned with the the focus of the 2017 Women’s Empowerment Principles Forum, which is “Measuring Success, Making It Count: Business Empowering Women and Girls.”
